These terms govern work you request from Netpilot Base. By sending a brief, reserving an allocation, booking a sitting, or paying a preview chair, you accept them.

Acceptance
A contract forms when we write to accept a named origin issue, a commission brief, a sitting time, or a preview chair. Pages on this site are an invitation to treat, not an offer capable of immediate acceptance. Rates are informational; the figure in our written confirmation is the price.
The work
An allocation is a numbered copy of a stated origin issue as an NFT comic plus a paper splash proof. A commission is sequential pages to brief. A consultation is a sitting and a gap list. A preview is time with the dummy. We do not sell reprint packs, newsstand pamphlets, grading, framing, or resale services.
Intellectual property
Artists retain copyright in sequential pages unless a commission agreement says otherwise. An allocation gives you the numbered NFT comic copy and the paper proof; it does not give reprint, adaptation, or merchandising rights. Marvel names appear as the subject of origin stories. We do not transfer any third-party trade mark.
Your responsibilities
You must give a working email, the origin moment you want held, and — for commissions — a brief we can draw. You must not photograph unpublished dummy pages without permission. You must not present a replacement proof as a first printing.
Liability
We are responsible for preparing the issue, the token copy, and the proof as described in the confirmation. We are not responsible for later display on a screen you do not control, for fading caused by sunlight on cream stock, or for third-party marketplaces. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Our liability for other loss is limited to the sum paid for the relevant piece of work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring a claim in your UK country of residence if you are a consumer.
