Prices follow page count, edition, and whether the dummy is already on the board
These figures are informational. We do not take payment on this site. A reservation is confirmed in writing after we know which origin issue you want held.

What moves a quote
Page count is the first lever. A 16-page joining origin costs less to commission than a 22-page first assembly, but its allocation may be higher per page because the edition is smaller. Painted splashes, extra colour holds, and a rush that pulls a penciller off another issue are quoted before thumbnails, not after.
Paper proofs for UK addresses travel with the allocation. Proofs sent outside the United Kingdom are charged at Royal Mail tracked cost. Replacement proofs, marked as replacements, are a studio fee of £35 plus postage.
Deposits
Commissions ask for one third on approved thumbnails, one third at inks, and the balance before colour files leave the studio. Allocations are paid in one sum when the number is held. Preview chairs are paid on the day. We do not offer monthly plans or “seats” in a drop beyond the numbered copy itself.
